Testimonials

hear from local employers

“We requested DIRT partner with us to provide objective consultation on our inclusive workplace mission. From the beginning, Jenna and Cat incorporated our organization’s needs into their program proposal. They listened to understand our goals and seemingly tailored recommendations specifically to our needs. Their lunch and learn workshop was conducted with all employees, and was refreshing and informative information for our employees here at Laradon. DIRT followed up with a more specific program for our leadership team, which was also well received. DIRT has been wonderful and collaborative partners, and we look forward to working alongside them in the future on the mission of supporting inclusive workspaces. Thank you for creating the space necessary for this work!”
