Donating to a direct need for our programs is an opportunity to provide competitive workforce experiences for neurodivergent populations while directly advancing inclusive & accessible hiring and retention practices.
In 2026, just 41.1% of individuals with a disability participated in the labor force, compared to 77.9% of non-disabled peers*. Neurodivergent and disabled individuals face significant barriers to the workforce due to systemic inequalities, lack of support, and historical misinformation. DIRT’s programs directly identify and dismantle employment barriers while creating accessible and welcoming workspaces where folks feel seen, welcomed, and valued for their strengths and experiences
