DIRT’s Inclusive Workforce Employment Program (IWEP) helps employers build diverse, inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent employees can thrive. We partner with organizations committed to improving disability hiring practices and creating more equitable workforce opportunities.

IWEP provides customized employer training, workplace consultations, and educational sessions focused on neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace. Through this program, hiring teams gain practical tools and strategies to recruit, hire, retain, and support neurodivergent talent with confidence.

Our goal is to help businesses create inclusive work environments that strengthen workplace culture, improve employee retention, and expand access to meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
