Inclusive Workforce
Employer Program

-IWEP-

Our commitment to furthering neurodiverse workspaces

DIRT’s Inclusive Workforce Employment Program (IWEP) helps employers build diverse, inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent employees can thrive. We partner with organizations committed to improving disability hiring practices and creating more equitable workforce opportunities.

IWEP provides customized employer training, workplace consultations, and educational sessions focused on neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace. Through this program, hiring teams gain practical tools and strategies to recruit, hire, retain, and support neurodivergent talent with confidence.

Our goal is to help businesses create inclusive work environments that strengthen workplace culture, improve employee retention, and expand access to meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

TESTIMONIALS

  • “We requested DIRT partner with us to provide objective consultation on our inclusive workplace mission. From the beginning, Jenna and Cat incorporated our organization’s needs into their program proposal. They listened to understand our goals and seemingly tailored recommendations specifically to our needs. Their lunch and learn workshop was conducted with all employees, and was refreshing and informative information for our employees here at Laradon. DIRT followed up with a more specific program for our leadership team, which was also well received. DIRT has been wonderful and collaborative partners, and we look forward to working alongside them in the future on the mission of supporting inclusive workspaces. Thank you for creating the space necessary for this work!”
